Ms. Khashmati received her Law Degree from Girne American University in Northern Cyprus and studied at Touro Law Center in Long Island, New York upon her arrival in the United States. Ms. Khashmati’s experience has helped her to garner an expetise in the area Immigration that is a valuable asset to her clients. Ms. Khashmati is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of New York City Trial Lawyers Association and Queens County Bar Association. Ms. Khashmati also has over 10 years of experience with various law firms specializing in the fields of Immigration, Real Estate and Personal Injury Law. Ms. Khashmati is fluent in the Russian and Turkish languages.

Carlo M Fusco, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Attorney Carlo Fusco was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2005. Mr. Fusco obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and has seven years of legal experience with various law firms in Long Island, New York, as well as in Italy. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fusco worked for a number of years as an investment advisor and investment banker, adding to his expertise in the areas of corporate law and business formation and organization. Fluent in Italian, he is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and has argued before the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the New York Appellate Court, Second Division.
