LINDA N. TESTAMARK

Linda N. Testamark has over 14 years of experience as a paralegal.  She began her career at one of the premier tax certiorari firms on Long Island where she developed her expertise in closings, transfer documents, analyzing property values and representing clients in Small Claims Assessment Review hearings.  Prior to working as a paralegal, Linda spent 7 years honing her skills in administration and customer relations which included responding to client concerns, insurance claims, license and permit applications, debt collections and representing her employers at unemployment hearings.

Linda N. Testamark is a paralegal at the firm with an emphasis on Real Estate, Trademark and Copyright Protection, Estates and Probates and Debt Negotiation and Bankruptcy.  On a routine basis, Linda compiles, organizes, and drafts Bankruptcy petitions that, after review, go on to be filed in the Federal Bankruptcy Court System.   Additionally,  Linda regularly prepares incorporation documents for newly formed businesses, including preparing and updating the corporation minute books.

Linda N. Testamark graduated cum laude from Long Island University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Business.

INARA F. KHASHMATI – Of Counsel
Ms. Khashmati received her Law Degree from Girne American University in Northern Cyprus and obtained her Master’s Degree from Touro Law Center in Long Island, New York.  Ms. Khashmati passed the New York State Bar Examination given in February 2011 and  is awaiting admission.  Ms. Khashmati has over 10 years of experience working as a paralegal in the fields of Immigration, Real Estate and Personal Injury Law.  Ms. Khashmati is also fluent in Russian and Turkish languages.
